Hi Everyone, we hope you and your families are safe and healthy, and managing this challenging time as well as possible. We really miss all the activity at the rinks and can’t wait until we are able to reopen and welcome you back!
Unfortunately at this time we have no new information on when we can reopen. We simply want to check in and let you know we will continue to communicate how we plan to handle all programs – classes, clinics, Pond Hockey, Adult League, etc - in terms of rescheduling or canceling, and applying credits and/or refunds as appropriate once those details are known.
If you are unable to leave a credit (if applicable) on your account and require an immediate refund, please email us directly rather than initiate a dispute through your credit card company. Email Kelly at kfogt@thechiller.com.
