What does my package include?
All Star Package - $17 per person, 10 guest minimum

Power Play Package - $14 per person, 10 guest minimum

Will we be skating first or eating first?
Party Schedules:
Saturday
1:00-2:00pm: Party
2:00-3:00: Skating
1:00-2:00pm: Party
2:00-3:00: Skating
What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel your party, you must give a minimum seven (7) days notice in order to receive a deposit refund.
Do I have to pay for siblings? All children that participate in the party, including skating and the food, will be charged the package price ($17 each for All Star, $14 each for Power Play). If the parent wants to just bring their children skating, they can pay the regular public skate admission price upon arrival and you will not be charged. However, food and drink is not included.
Is there someone to help the non-skaters? You will be surprised how quickly most kids learn to skate! There will be a rink guard on the ice for the safety of all the skaters, however there is not someone assigned to directly help individuals on ice. Of course parents are welcome to help and skate for no additional charge.
Can I bring in my own food? You can bring in a cake, however a cake (and a butter knife to cut the cake) is already included in the price. Other than that, The Chiller's policy is you may bring in some light snacks, like chips or veggies, to have with your birthday party. Unfortunately you cannot bring in your own pizza or a "main dish." Please note that outside drinks are not permitted without prior approval.
How many guests can I invite? There is a minimum of 10 guests that you need to pay for, but you can invite as many guests as you would like. We will contact/email you the Wednesday before your party to confirm guest count and to see if you will need any additional items.
Do we have the ice and mezzanine to ourselves? Your ice time is during Chiller public skating sessions and there may be other parties on the mezzanine at the same time.
Is the birthday child included in the head count? Yes, we do include the birthday child in the head count, but don't forget, any parents in your party can skate for free including skate rental.
Can we have candles for the cake? Unfortunately, due to fire code, we do not allow candles.
What should I tell the kids to wear? Remember we are an ice rink, so we recommend comfortable, warm clothing including sweatshirts, long pants, thin socks and gloves or mittens. We also highly recommend helmets, especially for younger children. Rental helmets are available the day of your party for no additional charge.
How many slices of pizza does each child get with the All Star package? Each paying child receives 1 slice of cheese pizza. Additional pizzas (either cheese or pep) may be ordered in advance for $14 each. Unfortunately pizza cannot be ordered the day of the party, so please order in advance. The pizza is pie cut (8 pieces)
Can I bring in decorations? Absolutely! Balloons, etc. will definitely look great on your table! You may also purchase balloons from us for $1.50 each, or $9.00 for a bouquet of 6. Please note, piñatas are not permitted, and items may not be taped on the walls or hung from the ceiling unless pre-approved..
When will we pay the balance? We will review your bill after everyone is on the ice. Payment will be taken at this time.
